Implementation Management ensures that the company implements the selected system according to plan, the internal Project Team members and the external team members and resources are coordinated and accomplhing project milestones as planned.

 

This Implementation Project Management involves all the art and experience of Project Management to bring all the resources together and orchestrate activities in order to achieve the "Go-Live" date and manage budget.

 

RJMC guides the project as the Project Manager supporting the company to manage the Vendor and the Systems Integrator with the entire Project Team to accomplish the full implementation of the solution.
